Having been located in our quaint town of Sharpsburg, in the Fox Chapel School District for over 30 years, we've taken great pride in getting to know our families and learn about their specific dental needs to most effectively treat and offer them optimal preventative care and treatment options.

Meet Our Staff

Learn Who We Are

  • Dr.
    Bruno Conicella
    DMD

    Dr. Conicella was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in the Oakland area of town. He attended Central Catholic High School and the University of Pittsburgh, before being accepted into Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated in 1986 with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. He was then hired by Temple Dental School to work as a clinical instructor in their crown and bridge department. He held this position for a year before then moving back to Pittsburgh.

  • Annette

    Annette works the front desk at Conicella Family Dentistry LLC and has been welcoming patients to the office for the past 16 years. She is here to assist with any of your scheduling needs, insurance questions, and to help assist you in any way to aide in making your visit here at Conicella Family Dentisty LLC pleasant , easy and convenient. A lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, Annette enjoys watching the Steelers games, attending shows in the cultural district and biking or hiking along all the trails in our area.   

  • Joy .

    Joy has been a dental hygienist for the past 25 years.  Prior to working as a hygienist, Joy was a dental assistant for 20 years.  We are so very happy to have her on our team here at Conicella Family Dentistry LLC now for the past year.  Joy attended Westmoreland County Community college and received her associates degree in dental hygiene in 1997.  She brings with her, great experience in patient care, a professional and caring attitude, and provides a great deal of individual advise and recommendations to each person she treats. Our patients love her, and we are very fortunate to have her as part of our staff and family here at Conicella Family Dentistry LLC.  Joy sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays here in our Sharpsburg office.  When she’s not busy tending to the needs of her patients, she is spending time with her husband, Terry, of 39 years and her fur babies Dakota George and Ziva.
